Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging within 10 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange (except special orders)*. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your satisfaction is very important to us!
Within 10 Days, with your receipt, you may return any unused item (except special orders)*, or exchange it if it is defective. We do not accept returns on any special ordered item. Special orders canceled after 24 hours of ordering are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
ALL items returned for refund, exchange, or due to a manufacturing defect must arrive in NEW, UNWORN condition, with all of the original packaging and accessories, or Graystone Limited may refuse to exchange or replace the item. All exchanges are at the discretion of Graystone Limited.
Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return, which can take up to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
*Special orders include, but are not limited to, items that we do not normally stock, such as limited edition watches and pens, custom jewelry or settings, watch parts and straps, and some exclusive designer brands.
