I accidentally ran into Graystone Jewelers Limited while searching for a watch that was sold out in my surrounding area. Being that Graystone is across the country I was a bit hesitant to place my order so I did a bit more research (especially since their website said they they had the watch in stock and it was still the cheapest by )
Let me tell you something Wayne from Graystone is honestly top notch. He answered all my questions and was very personable.
The watch which stated on the website "was in stock" was actually not in stock, they unfortunately had sold it the day prior. Wayne gave me the option of canceling my order or waiting for him to source a new one (he had not charged my card yet which is good business IMO) I asked him how long to get one, he asked to give him a day or so.
The next morning Wayne called, said he had found the watch and it would be shipped that day. A few days later my watched arrived. The watch was packaged nicely and was in perfect condition. I couldn't have been happier.
Bottom line, if your looking for a good deal on a watch do no hesitate to call Wayne. I may not purchase many more watches in my lifetime, but when I do it certainly will be from Graystone.

I just received my Omega Seamaster from Wayne at Graystone and I'm extremely satisfied! Here is a quick account of my experience with Wayne:
Called in on Monday to check stock of the Omega and ask some questions about manufacturer warranty. Wayne picked up the phone personally. Had a very pleasant and informative conversation as I asked him about a bunch of different things. Manufacturer Warranty was a paramount concern for me and Graystone provides this. Ordered the watch as it was in stock. Received my order over email shortly after.
Called Wayne the next day to talk about sizing the watch there. He happily accommodated.
Wednesday the watched shipped and was in Canada Thursday morning.
Thursday I received the watch this afternoon and it was EXACTLY as advertised. Brand new, in the box, warranty cards, manual.... everything! All protective wrap was on the watch. Pristine and brand new as expected.
I will not hesitate sending my friends to Wayne. When it comes to online watch retailers, Graystone is tops in my book.

For years I've had a Rolex on my wish list. After doing tons of research online and visiting all kinds of dealers from OC to Beverly Hills to San Francisco, I realized that my best bet was to go with Graystone.
Wayne was very helpful and kept me updated on the the order status throughout the entire process. Plus I ended up saving about $2,000.
When my watch arrived (less than 48 hours after I placed the order) it was in absolutely perfect condition. Brand new with tags, plastic coatings, box & papers (Rolex uses an ID card now instead of actual papers).
That afternoon I wore my watch to an important business meeting and the CEO of the company commented on my watch the MOMENT I sat down. I couldn't believe it.
If you're on the fence about buying your dream watch, call Wayne have a chat with him. I had considered buying a used watch but after realizing how much I could save with Graystone + the added peace of mind knowing I have a factory-new timepiece with a great warranty, I can't imagine doing it any other way.
If I'm ever in the market for another watch, Wayne will be the first person I call. No question about it.

My shopping experience at Graystone Ltd. has been a pleasure. I strongly recommend this seller for the following three reasons:
1. Wayne, the owner, gives personal attention to the order. He replied to an initial query on shipping within 10 mins, and followed up right away with the tracking number as soon as the item shipped. A simple email query on setting the date was promptly answered by a phone call, and a follow up email with directions carefully explaining the process. I have rarely seen such concern in store sellers, and almost never online.
2. Graystone gives the manufacturer's warranty, with all the stamped cards with the name of a AD, and not a website sponsored one (99% of the other websites gives you their own warranty). I don't know how he does it, but when you make an expensive Omega purchase, you want the peace of mind that you can take it to a local AD for any future issues. To me, this alone is a deal-maker.
3. The prices are hard to beat. I surfed around for a week at most major online retailers and competitors, but Graystone had the lowest costs.
All said, I strongly recommend this seller, and definitely plan to return for my next watch purchase here.
